This local authority in West London requires three Parking Appeals and Correspondence Officers to work in the busy and growing department.

You will have strong knowledge of the Traffic Management Act in relation to written reponses and appeals. You must be able to demonstrate on your CV that you have previously worked in this environment for a local authority and you will be tested on your knowledge.

This is NOT a position for Civil Enforcement Officers, as training cannot be offered with this position.

- Must have experience in written correspondence for appeals to Penalty Charge Notices.
- Local Authority experience desired.
- Your CV will show you have previously worked in Parking Appeals and Representations departments.
- Ideally you will be based in West London.
