Maximising Sales to achieve agreed increases in line with company requirements you will take a part in creating a customer-focused store environment by ensuring the staff promote the company in a positive way.
Being aware of competitor activity you will make commercial decisions to maximise sales, ensuring the highest standards of visual merchandising are maintained at all times through the use of company visual guidelines.

Within the predetermined staffing levels set down by the Company, you will be organising and planning staff rotas to meet the needs of the business.
Communicating promptly and fully with your Area Manager and Head Office you will be expected to develop strong working relationships.
Training and developing yourself and your team to their full potential through the effective use of the induction and training programme, utilising delegation and coaching tools to encourage a motivated and successful team.
