They have an urgent requirement for a Regional Sales Manager covering from Southampton up to Guildford across the M3 corridor. This requirement has arisen as a result of the growth of the business and the need for more experience in the business.

The roles will be managing approximately 18 to 23 stores/concessions with line management accountability for one colleague per site. They will be responsible for sales of up to 100,000 per week. The candidate must have experience in Bedroom Furniture retailing and also will have multi- site experience. This does not have to be current experience but may be from a previous role.

The successful candidate will need to have strong communication skills as will be remotely managing their team. There will be regular communication throughout the day with your teams, responsible for reporting figures directly to the Sales Director. You must be able to motivate a team and be a strong sales leader. The successful candidate must have a "customer is king" mentality as everything that this business does has customer service as the utmost importance. The successful candidate should also have strong change management and influencing skills in order to mould a successful team beneath them.

The salary package will consist of:

40,000 basic
8,000 car allowance
20% discount
20 days holiday rising to 25 days with service
