They are currently looking for three experienced customer service professionals to join our Service Desk team in Horsham. The contracts available are fixed term for 6 months and they are looking to fill both ‘in hours’ and ‘out of hours’ working patterns. The prime responsibility of this role is to ensure that all customer communications are managed in a professional, courteous and timely manner. As a primary contact for their customers, this role is critical to the continuing success of the business and the development of excellent customer relations. This is a highly customer focussed role and you will provide a quality service to all our customers, ensuring that all enquiries and incidents are managed through to resolution. You will take measures to ensure that customers are charged for work where appropriate (i.e. where it falls outside their contractual agreement) and that any escalations and customer complaints are completed to a satisfactory outcome. The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent and will have a professional and effective communication style in order to manage customer relationships. A proactive worker, you will have excellent attention to detail and will be confident in your ability to build good working relationships with others.
