We are a prestigious law firm based in the metro Sacramento area and is currently looking for a experienced bankruptcy attorney to represent our clientele of large corporations and creditors in bankruptcy cases.

What you need for this position:
- 3+ years of experience practicing bankruptcy law, representing creditors and large corporations
- Solid book of business
- Able to market own skills to increase client relationships as well as add to existing client base
- Active license in the State of California and in good standing with the CA State Bar
- Experience with proceedings before State and Federal Courts highly preferred!

What you'll be doing:
You will be representing creditors on a daily basis in their bankruptcy needs, providing counsel, preparing and filing Chapter 7 and 13 cases. Will appear in Federal and State courts on behalf of our clients.
