The prime responsibility in these roles is to ensure that all customer communications are managed in a professional, courteous and timely manner. As a primary contact for their customers, you will take measures to ensure that all customer order requests, quotes and enquiries are raised and managed within the service level agreements. This post is critical to the continuing success of the business and the development of excellent customer relations so you will provide all customers with a quality service, building rapport and loyal relationships. Their Orders Desk Coordinators always have a ‘can do’ attitude and are willing to learn and develop with the company. They are looking for self motivated candidates who are passionate about customer care and have experience within a customer service setting. Ideally you will have a background working with order chain procedures or on an IT/telecoms helpdesk and / or a proven working history within a contact centre environment.
