The role for Restaurant Manager will involve the day to day operation of a busy restaurant and management of a team of assistant managers and floor staff, you will over seeing all training, recruitment and development of the team. This restaurant consists of 100 covers and it serves beautiful Modern European cuisine in a fine dining environment.

The role would suit a Restaurant Manager with a proven track record, having worked in high profile hotels. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for service, food, lots of flair and creativity. You will be financially astute and have exceptional inter-personal, management and organizational skills.
