Our client is a leading national contractor in the fields of property maintenance and utilities. A new position has been created, based from their Malpas head office, for an IT/Group Systems Trainer.

This purpose of this role is to design, deliver and administer IT and Systems training projects. The main responsibilities for the role will include:
* the design and delivery of training courses/materials,
* production of easy to understand training manuals for their IT systems,
* planning and scheduling roll out of new training projects,
* support IT and Operations team in implementing new applications, and
* test applications from a user perspective and provide feedback to IT department.

This role will involve travel across the UK as required (anticipated 2/3 days per week) to roll out training to staff within the other offices.

The person we are looking for will have knowledge of training delivery and design and have the hardware and software knowledge required to underpin the training. A key part of the role will be reviewing and understanding the manuals and producing easy to understand training documents from them. As you will be interacting across the business it is essential you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

As this is primarily a training position we would ideally like you to have a qualification in Training & Development (ie. CIPD, NVQ etc), completed any DTI certified training or coaching courses and ideally be degree qualified.
