| Administrator We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join our busy client based in the Malpas area of Cheshire. This role is within the HR team (although no HR experience is required) and would be reporting into the HR Manager and Assistant. The purpose of this position is to provide full administration support to the department to include preparing and maintaining records (ie Sickness, Holidays, Starters & Leavers, Retirement), letter writing, minute taking, assistance with recruitment (telephone screening applicants, writing adverts and arranging interviews) and providing general support to managers within the business with regard to explaining policy and procedure. The person we are looking for does not have to have worked within a HR environment before. We are looking for someone who has excellent administration skills, is organised and can manage their own time effectively, has an eye for detail and is comfortable dealing with facts and formulas. You will be dealing with managers in remote locations so excellent communication skills are required as is a good command of the English language.
