Location: Leicestershire

The Company:

A large National Contract Caterer some fantastic contracts

The Role:
To manage the catering operation which consists of a staff restaurant and potentially some hospitality

Manage a team of up to 18 staff

Need to be hands on in the kitchen cooking as well as managing the front of house operation

Managing monthly accounts

The Person:

Must have a craft background and experience managing a team

Some hospitality experience would be an advantage

Good financial skills and ability to manage client relationships

Experience of managing, motivating and leading a team

Salary 25,000 - 28,000
