A Sydney based firm require a AVAYA CONTRACTOR for ongoing project demands. Candidates must have: strong communications skills. At least 5 years experience in telecommunications. Thorough understandings of voice infrastructure, call centre environments, IP telephony, call recording and reporting. Strong knowledge of AVAYA Unified Communications manager and call centre applications Avaya Accreditations are desirable (ACE ACA) Cisco, NICE and any other Vendor skills are also desirable.
