A leading national private training provider is looking to recruit a tutor to deliver Advice and Guidance / Soft Skills to small groups of learners in a classroom environment. This role is to be based at their Bury St Edmunds office.This rewarding role will allow you to draw on your experience of the IAG / Basic skills / Soft skills industry to provide professional tuition and support to learners, enabling them to realise their career potential.

Main Duties:

* To train/instruct trainees within their charge and record the trainee's progress.

* To competently instruct and monitor individuals and groups as required.

* To work towards obtaining appropriate qualifications to assist in the assessment process and enhance the teaching skills.

* To prepare & manage training material for the benefit of the company and their trainees.

* To prepare reports and correspondence as appropriate.

* To achieve individual and group targets.

The ideal candidate will hold IAG level 3. A relevant teaching qualification is desirable.

You will receive an excellent salary and benefits package, including:

- Basic starting salary of 20k - 21k
