A full service Council, in one of the most affluent districts in London, is looking to recruit an Occupational Therapist for their Reablement team.
Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Duties Include:
? Carrying out risk assessments
? Developing Reablement goals to produce action plans with users and their carers
? Co-ordinating the work of Home Care Enablers
? Liaising with appropriate community service?s to facilitate entry into the serviceThe successful candidate will be a qualified Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 1 years UK experience, preferably in a Social Care or Community Setting. You will also own and drive your own car and have the ability to carry out risk assessments.
