| Service Manager (Maintenance / Engineering) to 50K Engineering Maintenance Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of the UK's largest retailer. Based in Milton Keynes and employing over 1000 employees, they provide maintenance services to Tesco Stores and Head Office functions. Position: Service Manager (Maintenance / Engineering) Location: 8 vacant Service Manager roles – All geographical UK locations ROLE: The Service Manager is responsible for leading, motivating and supporting the service team, so they are able to deliver a great service to their customer by providing a maintenance service to the retail stores in your assigned area. RESPONSIBILITIES: a) Managing your direct reports, consistently embedding what good looks like and driving their performance b) Spending time with our retail partners, engaging with Store Managers to build great working relationships. c) Training, influencing and coaching your team to build capability to consistently deliver our business objectives d) Reviewing management data to ensure your team are hitting their key performance indicators e) Proactively looking for cost savings within and outside of your area.
