The Role:
Project Architect.

The Role will have the Candidate working on my clients Commercial Portfolio which will include projects for PLC Clients, you will be working on New Builds, Store Fitouts and some Landscaping.

The Candidate :
The Candidate will of already held a similar role and be RIBA Qualified with a strong commercial background and be used to Project Running and Client Facing meetings,

Usage of Autocad is a must as the client doesnt use Freehand.

Post RIBA 3 + Degree qualified.
UK Building Regulations knowledge.
City & Guilds in Autocad
