Position: Store Manager
Location: London and Southeast, various opportunities available
Salary: 26.5 - 30K opportunity to earn a 20% per month depending on Store performance and reviews.

ROLE:
To ensure that the store meets or exceeds the agreed financial objectives, and to deliver the Company offer to their customers, one which exceeds their expectations, through consistent availability, within a clean appealing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Working shoulder to shoulder with you team to deliver store operational routines and processes
b) Ensuring that the store delivers and making it a great place to work for all.
c) Understanding your stores’ key performance indicators and developing action plans to improve these.
d) Making sure the store has enough cover for the trading week.
e) Ensuring that your department is to have the highest quality through cleanliness, safety and stock availability.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Previous experience of managing people ideally gained within a retail environment
c) A proven track record of effective customer service.
d) A good working knowledge of stock control and ordering procedures.
e) A good working knowledge of finance and budgetary controls.
f) PC literate.
g) Basic Food Handling Certificate preferred.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Previous store / department management experience gained with in a Food / Supermarket environment would be a bonus.
