ROLE:
With the Company continuing to expand exciting opportunity has become available for a new Sales Team Manager for one of their Life Sales Teams in the Call Centre working for Best Deal Insurance.

To develop and deliver sales strategies that facilitates the delivery of optimum conversion rates with an engaged and motivated Sales Team. Leading to superior customer satisfaction, whilst ensuring we maximise productivity and efficiency within the operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) To develop and deliver successful sales strategies.
b) Ensure you maximise productivity and efficiency within your team.
c) Lead, motivate, develop a sales team of 8

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Min 2-3 years experience of leading a sales team.
b) Experience in coaching and mentoring staff.
c) Experience in B2C selling
d) Performance Management experience
e) Experience of Managing within a call centre
f) Familiar with Call Centre Technology

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Previously experience as a Sales Team Manager in a call centre environment.
b) Previously sold Life Insurance.
C) Managed a team of Life Sales Advisors
