ABAP SKILLS:
Client wants an ABAP developer that has done new development. They will not consider anyone that has simply maintained ABAP code.

You need to have ABAP programming experience using: ABAP Objects, ABAP Dictionary, BAPI/IDOC/RFC function modules, user exits (SMOD, BADI, CMOD), SAPscript, and Dialog programming.

BASE SALARY:
Client is not looking for a senior/lead developer. They only want 3-4 years ABAP programming experience and they will pay accordingly ($70-80K base). If you have more experience, that s great, just realize they will not pay you for this added experience.

EDUCATION:
They require a four year college degree.
