Their Edinburgh based Financial Services team are responsible for the service delivery of UK and ROI Pensions administration and Payroll and the administration of Diageo’s Company Register and global shareplans. Due to the expansion of their payroll services they are now looking for a number of Payroll Administrators to help deliver relevant parts of Payroll across 150 locations to 7000+employees and 38,000 pensioners. Roles Available: They currently have 4 fantastic opportunities supporting either the UK or the ROI business. Understanding of ROI legislation affecting payroll and statutory reporting would be advantageous for the roles covering that market. As part of a team, you will provide a professional administration service supporting the Diageo Group Payroll with specific responsibility for particular Diageo sites in the UK or ROI. This will include delivering high quality administration, meeting standards of audit control, security, policy compliance, and statutory compliance. Equally you will be expected to be flexible and get involved in projects and your colleagues where necessary. The department works within an uncompromising weekly and monthly time frame, providing a consistently reliable, accurate and timely service within a changing environment. Whether understanding changes to complex legislation or their company structure, attention to detail is vital. The Candidates a) You will have Payroll experience in the provision of a multi-site, computerised payroll service with a comprehensive understanding of legislation affecting payroll and statutory reporting. b) Comprehensive understanding of Republic Of Ireland legislation affecting payroll and statutory reporting is desirable. c) From this experience you will have gained excellent financial, numerical and planning skills. d) You must be comfortable in using systems, in particular financial and payroll systems. e) Excellent communication and relationship building skills are essential.
