To be considered for this new role you must be a newly qualified ACA or have some post qualification experience, and be able to lead audit and accounts preparation assignments, as well as supervise juniors. You must also show enthusiasm to carry out a hugely varied role, and also show the ambition to become a Manager in a short space of time, since this firm likes to promote from within.
