| Management Training Manager (Automotive)- Bracknell One of the UK's largest private training providers is looking for a Training Manager to manage and develop the Automotive Management Training provision within their Bracknell Academy. This exciting and rewarding new position will report into the Non-Technical Training Manager, and will be responsible for managing the Management Instructors, achieving targets, and enhancing the training opportunities offered. Specific Duties will include: - Acting as line manager for the Management Training Department - Managing training delivery in line with the SLA's - Scheduling the programmes and modules to ensure objectives are met - To act as the main point of contact for other Academy Training Managers - To develop the training offering to meet the needs of the Automotive Manufacturer - Working within a quality assurance framework complying with all guidelines - Performance Management in line with the company's policies, processes and procedures - Overall Operational responsibility for the Technical Training remit The ideal applicant will have extensive operational Management experience, with a corporate management training background. You will require strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. It is essential that you can provide evidence of innovative learning and teaching approaches, as well as managing programme delivery and development. A degree qualification or equivalent in Management is essential.
