The main duties of the role will include providing a customer focused service ensuring that void properties are ready to be let and relevant repairs works are issued. Other duties will involve allocating properties in line with Choice Based Lettings in line with targeted times.

The successful candidate will also have exceptional administrative and organisational skills and ideally have past experience working with void properties. The successful candidate will be IT literate and available at short notice
