Senior Estimator / Engineer - HVAC and BMS

Description : 
Our client needs no introduction in the HVAC and Mechanical Services space. They are a global entity with an exceptional history and pedigree. Due to a corporate restructure this company is looking to secure the services of a proven Senior HVAC design engineer and estimator in Perth.
The Role on Offer:
Working closely with the regional offices, your role will be to produce the documentation for large projects around the country. You will be backed by exceptional support mechanisms, both in the relevant regional office and in Head Office. Remuneration for this role will include:
$140K Package ++
Selection Criteria:
To be successful in your application for this role you must possess a comprehensive estimation background in the HVAC and Mechanical space
You will have a minimum of 5 years HVAC experience in Perth WA
You will be able to produce evidence of estimation documents you have produced for HVAC projects worth $1 - $5M +
You have a Mechanical Background and are have strong networks to allow you quick access to procure materials from suppliers
You are enthusiastic and have strong communication skills
You have previously mentored staff and know how to get the best out of junior engineers.
