This in turn facilitates a very strong solution oriented approach based on unique or specific customer needs. They do everything from Laser printing, self mailers, plastic wrapping, inserts, folding and graphic design all on site and can cope with large volume orders without having to outsource. An opportunity currently exists for a proven sales Hunter with existing DM or fullfillment sales experience to take the business through its next phase of growth - Interested? The Role: Your mandate in this role will be to achieve sales targets in new market segments utilising your knowledge and track record in the industry to generate leads and build relationships. Since the business has the capacity and resources to enable it to offer a fully automated, seamless solution to customers - you will also have the benefit of operational and logistic support to ensure the quality and accuracy of the finished result. The nature of this position will also involve mentoring and coaching one other sales person with a view toward building a team around you if opportunity and performance warrants. The Person: The successful candidate will currently be working with a fullfillment house or a DM business and can demonstrate a track record of new business sales success. Critical to effective performance is being able to provide examples of innovative thinking in identifying a commercial opportunity and leveraging the resources back at the office to create a solution that matches the customers needs.
