Duties
A user-friendly (no macros) cost/benefit model for the project as a whole and for each of the agencies, illustrating NPV and cashflow projections. The model should be capable of being passed over to and used by the project team after the consultant has left the project.

It should incorporate:
Rental costs
FM and service costs
Projected savings and financial benefits
Apportionment of costs and benefits across agencies
This model needs to be robust, auditable and capable of being utilised to test different scenarios
Person Specification
Experience
Construction experience preferred
Project experience preferred
Experience in writing complex but user-friendly financial models
Senior experience in cost/benefit analysis
Public sector knowledge or experience, preferably some knowledge of the operation of criminal justice agencies

Qualifications
Qualified accountant preferred but not essential

Skills
Advanced EXCEL essential
Excellent communicator
