They currently have an opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to join an established and fully funded PMO. You will need to demonstrate previous experience driving successful change implementations within a complex environment as well as:
Experience in managing a change management budget The capability to analyse change management issues, impact and challenges. A working knowledge of change management frameworks and activities. Strong strategic thinking skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Proven experience within Financial Services. An excellent track record in managing stakeholders. Good report writing skills.You will be Degree qualified, have strong written and oral communication skills and be able to demonstrate a successful track record delivering change within complex corporate structures. |
