| This is an exciting opportunity to work for a market leader in space based technology on the current and next generation of space simulators. All candidates must have resided in the UK for the last 3-5 years (minimum) due to security requirements.
Tasks:
- Developing spacecraft simulators used to train spacecraft operators
Essential Skills
- 1st Class or 2:1 degree in Mathematics/Physics/Engineering subject - Knowledge of spacecraft systems - Proficiency in one of the following: C, C++, Fortran, Java or Ada
Desirable Skills
- Proficiency in C++ - Knowledge of software development standards and methods - Knowledge of orbital mechanics - Knowledge of control system theory - Experience of using processor emulators in simulations
Any other information
- Must be able to get security clearance
