LOCAL KNOWLEDGE WOULD BE A BONUS The Client My client has some very successful high quality gastro pub's/Hotels which have an eclectic mix that share the same passion for food and service, the pubs are very much food driven with strong emphasis on fresh locally produced ingredients. These units are not highly branded so they all have their own appeal The Role As Food and Beverage Manager you will be directly responsible for all aspects within the front of house operation. You will be at the head of a large team, when the General Manager is away and all responsibility would fall on your hands, you will need to show leadership and development skills within your career history. The venue is a challenging task to manage effectively with many events held there throughout the year, while overseeing the restaurant and bar operation this can be very demanding. The Person To be successful with your application you will have been a Food and Beverage Manager with a minimum of 2 years experience. High volume, multi-faceted unit experience is essential, as is exposure to quality fresh food. Ideally you will come from a quality pub/Hotel operator or a branded restaurant background.
