The restaurant is a very busy environment connected to one of London most prestigious venues.
As Chef de partie you will be responsible for working a section and have thorough knowledge of all areas of the kitchen and working where required according to the rota

They are looking for a Chef de Partie with excellent cooking skills who are flexible enough to want to work in all areas as required, possesses flair and passion for creating superb food for a discerning clientele

The role of Chef De Partie is day shifts only with one in three weekends off.

Salary 18k - 19k
