The Project Manager- Performance will establish the Type 45 Performance Management Strategy, Plans, Processes and Tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Definition and implementation of the Type 45 Support Performance Management Strategy and Performance Management Plan, covering all MoD and industry organisations involved in Type 45 support,

- Identification of support processes to be subject to Performance Management, definition of performance measures and cost elements to be targeted for inclusion in ongoing performance management,

- Managing the development, deployment and operation of a cost and performance analysis capability for the Type 45 Support Solution,

- Provide synthesised management data and ensure the performance analysis is embedded in to the decision making processes.
