| Our client is currently recruiting for an exciting new position for a Proposition Development Manager to work in East Sussex. The successful Proposition Development Manager will have come from the Financial Sector have a B2B background and worked with intermediary channels. The Proposition Development Manager position has arised as a result of a new strategic objective, that of Employer Compliance Regulation (ECR) which will be introduced in 2012. This regime will extend the audience of our client, from some 90,000 pension scheme Trustees and Administrators to over 1million employees, and as such represents a major strategic shift in our clients communications and customer base. The purpose of the role is to support the ECR Head of Propositions in the development and delivery of customer propositions and messaging to ensure maximum compliance in the new ECR regime. The Customer Experience and Proposition Development Manager will be required to develop an umbrella proposition(s) for Intermediaries and Employers, and tailor this as necessary via messaging to underlying customer segments. They will work closely with the Customer Insight team to test and refine propositions and undertake customer journey mapping. Accountabilities Responsible for the strategic development of intermediary and employer propositions to support 2012 employer duty, including messaging, content, positioning, and customer segmentation. Translating the propositions messaging into campaign activity and working with the ECR campaign manager to measure the impact and effectiveness of the campaigns Working with the Stakeholder and Press team to define communications messages Providing support to the Head of Propositions for the Communications elements of the ECR programme (service design and delivery) Representing our client at relevant supplier (especially research and creative development agency) meetings.
