Our client has experienced strong growth in the last 12 months despite market conditions and are at the cutting edge of their industry. The key functions for the Tandberg Support are to: *To monitor the video network *To book all operator assist video calls. *Help desk duties The key responsibilities for the Video Conferencing Support are: *Taking first line help desk calls *Daily kit testing and management *To log on CRM all calls that are reported on the video help desks and work with Video engineers to resolve. *To liaise with customer and ISP when ADSL/SDSL connections and video units are down in our monitoring system *To log the lost connection on CRM and ascertain why the unit is down and work with VC engineers and other parties to rectify this. *To prepare training documents for on site endpoint and client installations. *To create video conferencing usage reports when requested by customers. *To prepare the ISDN and 3G quarterly call charge reports for invoicing. *To book, launch and monitor operator assist video conferencing calls, by checking quality of video and audio are suitable for the attendees. *To book any conferencing recordings and arrange for recording to be sent to customers. *Demonstration B end *Internal support on all demonstration equipment *Internal CBC room booking management. *To carry out any other duties required by management. *To work within company policies and procedures The core competencies for the Tandberg support role are: *Knowledge of video conferencing *Knowledge of ISDN/H323. *Experience in providing technical support to customers and staff *Good customer services skills and interpersonal skills. *Tandberg accreditation TCAP This is a brilliant opportunity to join a dynamic, ambitious company that operate at the cutting edge of their industry sector who really look after their staff and will provide the successful candidate with a great career.
