As a Learning / Care Support Assistant you will need to be able to demonstrate the motivation and skills to support students in an educational setting. Possess a Literacy and Numeracy qualification at Level 2 or above. Possess appropriate IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word (and preferably Excel), as well as the ability to complete research on the Internet. Be willing to undertake training and development as required within the role and an awareness and understanding of equal opportunities.
