The post-holder will assume responsibility for managing and co-ordinating the day to day running of the clinics and treatment facilities for its Cardiology, Respiratory and Vascular specialties.

Working Monday-Friday, in close liaison with the multi disciplinary team and with responsibility for the development, implementation and co-ordination of care in the outpatient setting, the post holder will directly manage the nursing team, be an effective clinical leader and role model and provide direct patient care, using experience to support the implementation of both clinical and non-clinical governance.

Applicants will have a minimum of 4 years’ post registration experience, along with excellent management/leadership experience and qualifications to match. A proven ability to lead change and new working practices is essential, as is an aptitude for setting up and establishing new services.
