My Client is a leader in Communications industry running a massive blue chip site in West London and require an Executive Head Chef in West London.

The Executive Head Chef will be fully responsible for this very busy Contract Catering hospitality environment also with Staff dining for this 24/7 Site. Strong management and leadership skills are essential for this role.

The Kitchen team spirit is very energetic with many different cultural backgrounds. We are seeking an established Executive Head Chef with experience in Contract Catering who is looking for his/her first role within an executive position, with a minimum of four years experience at the highest level. Strong culinary knowledge is required with a proven track record in delivering budgets. Recognized training in HACCP and strong knowledge of Food industry regulation/guidelines is a must.

Salary 48k - 50K with 10% bonus
