The Role:

Supporting the Management team -

Communications - ensure that effective communications are taking place at all levels,
Cascade information to the appropriate employees, attend all relevant staff meetings
Planning & Organising - Use time management skills to prioritise workload
Training & Development - attend staff training as identified by the company
Overseeing the back of house issues - reporting to the General Manager

The Person:

You will have to within a junior role within management to step into this Support role, you are required to be an enthusiastic person with great organising skills, admin and IT experience would help within this role. A background and good understanding of the catering and hospitality industry is a Must.
