Role- Business Development Manager Field Based
Area - Scotland (Central Belt)
Salary - 27k-30k OTE 70k uncapped (Top guy in this role is earning 300k)

My client is the fastest growing part of a security services company with a turnover in the UK of 100m+. They are market leaders providing a comprehensive range of keyholding, alarm response, mobile patrol and property inspection services to their clients.

They are now looking to employ a Business Development Manager covering the Scotland Central Belt area. This role will be focussed on creating new business from leads and marketing response, although the best candidates will be able to supplement these by having the ability to self-source appointments. There is genuine opportunity for strong performers to move into Senior Business Development positions within a relatively short space of time. Typically you will be selling these services into, but not limited to, the Property Development, Financial and Retail sectors.

Ideally they are looking for ambitious, articulate salespeople with a genuine desire to take their careers to the next level within a fast growing company. You should be able to demonstrate a strong background of field sales in a B2B environment.
