| NVQ Assessor, (Trainee or Qualified) Retail & Business Admin- Surrey Are you looking to use your experience of the Retail and Business Administration industries to support learners in progressing their careers? One of the UK's largest NVQ Training Providers is looking for a Retail, Customer Service and Business Admin NVQ Assessor to join their team in Surrey. This rewarding role will allow you to draw on your experience of the Retail and Business Administration industries to provide professional assessment and support to learners in their workplaces, enabling them to realise their career potential. Previous assessing experience is not essential. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for a career change, and the opportunity to work for a large organisation who can provide full support in obtaining the D32/33/A1 qualifications. Your responsibilities will include: - Visiting learners in the workplace and assessing / tutoring them in their NVQ qualifications - Maintaining documentation on learners' records - Liasing with Learners, Verifiers and Management - Creating learner portfolios to agreed standards This role will suit an excellent communicator who has experience of the Retail industry to Management Level and is looking to work with and support learners. It is essential that you are able to work independently, managing your own time and travelling within the Surrey region to visit different workplaces.
