| Employability Operations Manager- Sheffield & Nationwide One of the UK's largest employability training Providers is currently expanding and looking for an Operations Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for successfully managing projects across the company, as well as ensuring the achievement and delivery of all contracts. Your specific responsibilities will include: - Working alongside the Business Development team to develop and grow - Liasing and maintaining good working relationships with partner and funding organisations - Managing Projects as required across the country - Helping to secure additional funding and business development - Monitoring the overall performance of all contracts - Ensuring that processes, policies and quality are maintained across the team The successful candidate will have a background in the Welfare to Work industry, with a strong knowledge of Jobcentre Plus, DWP and Engaging people back into work. A proven track record of project management, achieving targets and financial and business acumen is essential, as well as a strong managerial presence. You will need excellent communication and people skills, to liase with staff of all levels.
