Our client is a private practice law firm with a stronghold in the Yorkshire area.

The role is to support the Department Head in business development and client related issues, to lead transactions and bring good quality projects experience and expertise in to the team with equivalent fee earning capability to support and help develop the team, and to be a credible presence to help the team win more public sector tenders and/or private sector business.

The firm have a long history of involvement in Project Finance Initiative and Public Private Partnerships and have extensive experience advising funders, sponsors, contractors, facilities managers and public sector authorities on PFI/PPP projects, including "pathfinder projects", across the range of PFI/PPP sectors both in the UK and internationally.

The firm pride themselves on working in partnership with clients ensuring that clients' business and commercial objectives are achieved on time and to budget.
