The firm offers a full service to both commercial and private clients. They have an established private client team and departments covering all private client services - family, residential property (none bulk) and wills and probate. These practices are thriving, but the firm has a business plan to bolster this side of the firm and would ideally like Family solicitor with experience of leading a department forward.

The successful candidate will be 5 years PQE plus, or equivalent, and have proven leadership capabilities, business development abilities and management skills. It is anticipated that this candidate will be coming into the firm at a senior level therefore appropriate salary and package is relevant.
