They are now looking to appoint a Financial Controller/Finance Manager, ideally with experience in a recruitment agency setting, to join their team.

As the Financial Controller/Finance Manager you'll be responsible for all of the company's financial aspects, as well as aiding future business decisions. Your role will span monitoring and reviewing, reporting, financial support and managing the Finance department.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing costs and making recommendations to the board
- Ensuring compliance of external and internal reporting
- Monthly management accounts
- Statutory accounts, budgets and preparing HMRC documents
- Preparing year end files for the company accountants
- Involvement with commercial pitches and contracts for new business development

To be considered for this position you must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with significant previous experience in a similar finance or accountancy role.

The ideal Financial Controller/Finance Manager will also have experience in a service-oriented industry and/or experience in a similar role, gained within a recruitment agency setting.
