Our client who is a well respected organisation they are currently seeking an experienced Change & Communications Manager to join their team. You will play a key role within the Project Services team. This role will be required to assess each program and project/s for its organisational impacts and needs - than recommend a course of action to achieve organisational acceptance and benefits realisation, and allocate resources accordingly. In many instances, the role will co-drive with the Project Manager a number of change management and communications initiatives and support to the project team in relation to change and communication. You will therefore require the flexibility to work at both at a strategic and planning level, and at the micro, service delivery level Skills and experience required for this position include : Assess business cases for change management approach and resource recommendations Developed change management strategies Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to quickly build rapport and trust Converted strategy into tactical plans with resource requirements Engaged with stakeholders in the change management context, delivering change management support, particularly communications Extensive experience in communication/change management within a large and complex organisation, ideally in regard to the provision of Project Services A relevant postgraduate qualification and experience or extensive experience and management expert
