Description : 
Contract role paying up to $1100 per day. New risk management program of work. Sydney CBD. This dynamic and fast paced investment banking business is renowned for its success and continues to invest in strategic technologies. They are currently going through a period of growth and this has created a great opportunity for an experienced Global IT Risk Manager to join the team. In your new role you will be responsible for managing a program of work to enhance and strengthen risk management practices and frameworks across this global business. Focusing on IT risk, you will work closely with development teams to enforce risk management as well work collaboratively with centralized risk management teams on wider, group wide initiatives.
The candidates we are seeking are required to meet the following criteria:
Strong background in IT Risk Management and a history of creation, implementation and maintenance of complex risk frameworks and policies. Rigorous program management experience in a financial services environment. A background in consulting from tier 1 companies would be a significant advantage (eg Big 4). Candidates would be expected to have a computing or business related Degree, outstanding written and verbal English communication skills and a diplomatic approach to stakeholder management.
