The Job
The role requires a well balanced Retail Store Manager who can maximise retail store performance in terms of sales, customer satisfaction, team building & development along with controlling costs and can also demonstrate a passion for retail with the necessary drive, ambition and sheer hard work to succeed

You will lead your retail team from the front, developing and nurturing them into attaining your high expectations, whilst being accountable for company operating procedures, maintaining retail store standards and providing excellent service and product knowledge to retail customers.

Key Attributes
Retail Management experience in a target driven retail environment.
A proven retail track record of successfully working to & achieving targets.

Good interpersonal skills, striking the balance between friendly and professional with customers and colleagues.

Strong customer focus and retail commercial awareness.

The ability to manage and motivate a close knit retail sales team.
