Paralegal with Intellectual Property Services experience

Are you an experienced paralegal with at least 3 years of patent filing experience for both U.S. and Foreign patents? We are looking for a customer service focused IP Paralegal to join our team.

What you will do:
- Prepare Intellectual Property Applications for filing and communicate with the USPTO and foreign patent offices
- Maintain docket dates; update software databases and follow up with emails.
- Research prior Art
- Prepare IDS statements
- Correspond (written, email and verbal) with clients on the status, fees and outstanding issues of their applications.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with:
- 3 + years Paralegal experience in Intellectual Property - Patents and Trademarks
- Experience filing with the US Patent and Trademark Office - USPTO
- Foreign patent experience
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED - Microsoft Office including MS Word and Excel
