Candidate Requirements

A smaller than average academy school for 11-16 year olds is currently looking for an impressive Business Studies teacher to join their school as soon as possible.

It is a challenging environment with EBD and poor social skills being significant problems in the school, so a teacher with excellent behaviour management and a strong character would be essential. However, the overall effectiveness of the school has received an award of good in their last OFSTED report. The school has an excellent leadership team, and they work hard to make the school as inclusive as possible whilst ensuring that all students make good progress in their formative school years.

The successful candidate should have fantastic subject knowledge, and should wish to integrate fully into the school environment, adhering to the school ethos for inclusion and improvement.

* To be successful you must hold a Teaching Qualification
* You must have a current police clearance.
* You should display a proven track record of pupil learning outcomes.
