As a National Sales Manager focused on Orthopedic / Trauma solutions you will lead a growing team of Regional Sales Managers and Trauma Sales Specialists throughout the UK. Applications are invited from degree educated candidates who posses a minimum of 5-6 years sales management experience gained selling medical device solutions. It would be advantageous to have prior experience in the Orthopedic/Trauma sector. You will posses a strategic approach and consider yourself to be a natural leader and dynamic professional with excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 75k with an uncapped OTE of 120k plus an additional and generous benefits package.
