We are hiring for a Fiscal Manager to provide budgeting and accounting support to our group.

What you need for this position:

- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related field
- 3+ years experience in non-profit governance, federal grants management and/or fiscal management of a non-profit organization
- Demonstrated knowledge of non-profit accounting including the OMB Circulars A-122, A-133 and A-110

What you'll be doing:

-Budget preparation and consolidation functions; annual audit
- Internal control systems; collections; billings; financial reporting; general accounting;
- Debt service management; revenue forecasting; cash management and investments
- Provide training and training assistance on non-profit governance and fiscal management
- Federal grant management
- Hiring and managing a diverse workforce
