-5+ years of Systems development and management experience in Microsoft Technologies
- 3+ years of .NET Development, integration and solutions development experience
- 3+ years of expert level SQL experience in SQL Server 2K5
- OLAP design and development
- Datawarehouse design and development
- Datamining and analytics (SSRS, SSIS, or SSAS), ETL, cube design, or Performance Point

The three main responsibilities for this role are:
- Systems design and development and Process improvement initiatives in .NET programming
- Performing analytics and presenting findings to other business managers, operations, and stakeholders
- Managing goals, directives and staff career development
